When my partner and I first started working with him, we were looking for a place and only had FHA financing. As you may know, many sellers shy away from FHA, making the search difficult. Despite knowing – and warning us – about the uphill battle, Leo took us on and treated us like top clients. With his help, we were able to find an amazing property in record time and get our first offer accepted while beating our conventional offers (it’s hard to overstate how miraculous this is).

We started our next search during the crazy spring and summer months when multiple, no-inspection offers $30,000 over asking was the norm. Again, despite the difficult circumstances, Leo took us on, and helped us look until we found the perfect property for us. Throughout the search, Leo always shared his encyclopedic knowledge to ensure we knew everything we needed to make an informed buying decision – even if that meant that we would pass on a property! Ultimately, with his help, we were able to find a home, buy it for under the asking price, AND have the sellers contribute to closing costs(!).

Though we are not sure when our next real estate adventure will begin, one thing is certain: when that time comes, we will call Leo because we know he is committed to his clients in a way that is truly special.
